We pride our self on our expertise in customer care and service. Because of this we uphold a few policies to ensure the ultimate skin care care experience for our clients.

CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS

Please confirm your appointment at least 72 hours prior or risk losing your time slot. As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. For your convenience an email or text will be sent with a link to confirm. 

CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING 

We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, 

we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Be sure to read our detailed cancellation and no show policy when scheduling your appointment online.

To cancel or reschedule outside of 72 hours please do so online, within 72 hours text (preferred) or call Leah at 513.465.8821. 

GRATUITY

For services with Leah gratuity is included. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are wonderful to give and receive. Bungalow Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for a specific service. Gift Cards are final a sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.

CHILDREN IN STUDIO

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your appointments. Children are welcome, but please be mindful of others and arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arriving early may interrupt another client's service.
